Escrow Trust Escrow Trust Account, Am I Out The Money?

Escrow trust account, am I out the money? - escrow trust

I cleaned my home office and found a refund check I never cashed. It is confidence and trust account. I called the company and is no longer in business. Could more than $ 500.00 this time. I'm SOL?

Probably, but call the bank, which has been developed, and whether the account remains open. At the age verification may be able to still cash. Title company should have money left to cover any outstanding checks the expiration date. Hope that makes sense.

If the company had written the check box is out of business, then the account will be written to the audit was closed and has no balance. If you try to verify this, which would be repaid and that his bank will probably charge a fee for filing a bad check deposited.

Sorry, I think you're SOL.
