Do You Have To Have A License To Sell Popcorn What Do I Need To Sell Summer Food Items In Front Of My Home?

What do I need to sell summer food items in front of my home? - do you have to have a license to sell popcorn

We are a registered company (eg, religious, social services at home, so no license is required in order to raise money if less than 12 times per year) .. In any case, we want to sell food in the summer (ICEES, drinks, popcorn, etc. ..), but I have no idea how to get what I need (cups, food, etc.). Any help?

The best options for you are a member of the wholesale places like Costco or Samsclub. If you are a registered company, you do not need to be sales tax on items that pay you buy. If you decide not have a membership and not for one, so Wal-Mart is the best way to shop.
You can also publish a notice asking for donations for the fundraiser. You can put an ad in the local church Bullitin, send flyers in the neighborhood and working with friends and neighbors to fund your event.

Why is not the first TV on the veranda or in the garage and has sales, movie times at night and pop corns and ice cream soda at affordable prices, they have chairs and maybe a nice soft blanket sweet to those who do not need to chairs. You can make a apple pie or cheese and the sale of the tip when it is cold coffee good coffee, tea or hot chocolate offered. And put on some music.
