What causes muscle spasms in the oesophagus??????? - oesophagus more condition_symptoms

I know I'm interested in the field, as I discovered today, but the doctors still have not answered that question, and I am concerned. If you know then, what could cause spasm of the esophagus up to? In my case, happens about every 3 weeks and lasts up to 3 days, sometimes quiete often, and sometimes only a few times. It all started about 8 weeks and are usually worse at night, especially when I'm on my back. Any ideas anyone? Thank you!
